Just a few notes on the latest developments.
I have licensed the Darts for service today. 921 is now over at Halfway
and is available for service and may be used today. 923 is likely to
follow later or tomorrow.
R213 DKG was withdrawn on Friday and sent to Langley Mill.
I have also withdrawn R379 DJN and V389 KVY, these are over at
Staveley for decommissioning and will follow 213 to Langley Mill this
week.
All vehicles are to be renumbered into the Trent scheme as on the list
below shows with the aforementioned Darts retaining nos 921/3.
Now sold is Q723 CHG to Charles Marshall, (former director of OK Motor
Services), Nuneaton, for continued preservation. It was collected on Sat 23/1/10
and taken to Coopers, Killamarsh for MOT preparation.
From Monday 25th January our evening service 71A has been renumbered 7.3 in line with the commercial daytime service.
