TRANSPIRE SLIDESHOW 50:
Trent & Barton in Stagecoach livery!
Photographs by Duncan Bingham & Oliver Foreman added 16 February 2010;

As a reminder of when Wellglade vehicles were painted in Stagecoach livery.
Barton ran three Volvo B10M/Plaxtons to Stagecoach standard specification from Nottingham and Leicester on
the 757 to Doncaster. 57 was seen here at Blyth, heading south towards Worksop.

Trent ran three DAF/Optare Deltas on the 737 (Nottingham - Chesterfield). Just one Trent-operated journey
a week extended through to Sheffield and Meadowhall - the first journey from Nottingham on a Sunday morning.
333 was seen here on layover in Meadowhall Coach park.

. . . and two more photographs taken in Mansfield Bus Station by Oliver Foreman (who was on the
747 / 757 rota for a time when working for Stagecoach East Midland in Mansfield)
And Daniel Sellers adds . . .
This is Trent Optare Delta 333 in plain white livery at the old
Chesterfield bus station during the winter of 1996-7, prior to
receiving Stagecoach stripes. I couldn't get any further back without
standing in the road, which is why the top corner is out of the
picture. I was only 14 at the time!
