Tony writes: From Sunday 25th October Yourbus of Hucknall expanded their operating area into Derbyshire when they took on the operation of Mon-Sats routes 140, 141, 142 that serve Alfreton, Matlock, Nether Heage and Ripley. Formerly operated by Doyles with a selection of midibuses, today saw the routes solid Dennis Dart / Plaxton Pointer. All sported the mauve livery and route branding for their Nottingham 81/82 routes. Images captured today at Crich and Cromford. Actually one can get all three routes at Crich Tramway Museum within a few minutes of one another on the half past the hour. Also every 2-hours is the remaining route 144 that Doyles operate.
